"Everything was fine except the stick we ordered turned out to be out of stock. We didn't get the email about it being out of stock until a week after we placed the order. Would have been nice to get an email or phone call the next day, then we could have picked a replacement to ship out with the other item we ordered. It wasn't until the day before delivery that we found out the stick was not coming, so that was a bummer for my son. Not sure what can be done to avoid situations like that in the future, but it's something to look into."
