General Return Policy

Returns for new, unused products are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Original packaging and tags must be attached. Full refund is available (excluding original shipping costs). Processing time is up to 10 business days after receipt (excluding weekends).

Return Process

1. Start your return process: Use the button above to begin. You can choose a prepaid $9.99 shipping label (deducted from your refund) or use your own shipping label. Items like goals, rebounders, and nets are not eligible for a prepaid label.

2. Pack securely: Use the original packaging if possible. Include proof of purchase.

3. Ship your return: Attach the label to the package and drop it off at a UPS location. If using your own label, follow your carrier's instructions.

Helmets, Custom Stringing & Final Sale

Custom stringing items cannot be returned. Custom jobs are shipped only after passing quality control. Cascade helmets incur a $35 restocking fee. Warrior custom helmets and Team Store items are final sale. Returns are not accepted for field equipment such as nets, backstops, and goals.

Shoe/Cleat Return Policy

Shoes must be returned in their original branded box, placed inside another box to prevent damage. Do not tape or attach labels directly to the branded box. Shoes must be unworn, clean, and free of scuffs or turf marks. Non-resellable shoes will not be refunded; a gift card may be issued instead.

Q-Collar Return Policy

Experience the Q-Collar for 30 days. If you’re not satisfied, return it in its original packaging with accessories for a full refund. Contact customerservice@q30.com to initiate your return. Shipping and handling are included.
