"I ordered a head and shaft and was sent a confirmation of shipping and tracking number. A few hours later I get an email that they are out of shaft and will not be able to send. How do you get a shipping notification before you find out you don't have the product. I asked to have the shaft replace for a different one from their website. I did not here back but next day got and email the head was shipped and no shaft and they only charged me for the head. Not great communication. Head is nice once arrived but communication is not good. I would have cancelled entire order had I known we wouldn't be getting whole thing but before they responded to my email they said the head was shipped."
