The Cell V shoulder pad liner features STXs T.A.C system and 7-point stretch zones to achieve one of the most secure and comfortable fitting shoulder pads on the market that. It has been upgraded to meet the new NOCSAE standard for chest protection that will be mandatory for the 2022 season.
