The Power Shaft is a weighting training shaft designed to improve strength and speed of all lacrosse players. It comes in two weights, a sold aluminum Light model for youth players, and a Heavy model containing a steel rod insert for advanced players. The Power Shaft is a perfect way for players at any position to increase hand speed and become more explosive. Available in 30" attack length, 40" goalie length, and 60" defense length.
