Along with this game changing modularity the SHIFT EKG plate has been updated with a 4-point deflection system which improves ball deflection and delivers the protection you have come to expect from Maveriks shoulder pads.

"Pads are easily customizable with removable arm guards and shoulder pads. Create the version that your child needs from field to box. Large chest protection coverage and padding along the sides and lower back for extra protection."

"The sizing is true to the specs chart. The bicep pads are connected by Velcro and are removable, and the shoulder pads are connected the same way but are not fully removable. This shouldn't be an issue, as the collarbone area needs protection. Overall, this offers more protection than the STX shoulder liner while maintaining a light weight."
