"The sizing is true to the specs chart. The bicep pads are connected by Velcro and are removable, and the shoulder pads are connected the same way but are not fully removable. This shouldn't be an issue, as the collarbone area needs protection. Overall, this offers more protection than the STX shoulder liner while maintaining a light weight."
