Lacrosse arm protection comes in three main styles, each offering different levels of coverage and mobility:

Arm Pads – Provide moderate protection, covering the elbow and part of the upper and lower arm. Ideal for midfielders who need a balance of flexibility and protection.
Arm Guards – Offer extended coverage, protecting more of the upper and lower arm along with the elbow. Best for attackmen who face frequent checks.
