"My order came damaged. It was poorly packaged. I contacted UPS and they did a damage report. I tried calling LAX customer service by phone several times, no answer. Sent emails and they respond but no refund several weeks later. Very disappointed. This was a Christmas gift and now I am waiting for this to be resolved. I do most of my shopping online and this by far has been the worst experience. Hope it gets resolved soon."

"I have only had good experiences purchasing from your company. The only thing I have an issue with is the way it was packaged for shipment. It was literally thrown in a bag with absolutely no packing. It doesn't make any sense to me that you would send it out in a bag and not a box. It was not a $5 item."
