The newest addition to the
Warrior Lacrosse product line is their new
Regulator Max lacrosse head. Incredibly light, and incredibly stiff; ideal for layin' some lumber... this makes for the perfect head for any defensive player.
The new Max Design reinforces key areas of the head to provided added stiffness and durability for laying checks and scrapping for GB's.
Warrior's Symrail design means that both faces of the sidewall are symmetrical which reduces the weight of the head itself while distributing the force generated by checks with minimal give.
Warrior Lacrosse also incorporated their Tilt Tech concept, which is an adaptation to standard stringing holes. These angled stringing holes on the
Regulator Max allow for tighter sidewall stringing which generates more pocket consistency and improved hold. Additionally, the patent pending LOC-Throat, a plastic insert in the throat of the head, provides extra stability and eliminates head rattle and the need to put tape under the head.
Long story short.... As a close defenseman and occasional LSM I've been using a Brine Edge since 2008 (not the same one I just keep buying Edges). I think its finally time to make the switch! 5 minutes alone with
