Returns & Warranty Information
We accept returns and refunds upon customer request within 30 days of purchase. Orders incorrectly shipped by ULC will be corrected with free shipping and all additional costs waived to the customer.
All returns for refund must be in new unused condition with the original packaging intact as well as being within 30 days from purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Custom helmets are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Heads with custom stringing are non-refundable due to their custom and made to order nature.
If an order has not shipped - The warehouse should be notified immediately to cancel the shipment and prevent inventory from shipping. Once shipment cancelation is confirmed a refund can be applied in Magento.
If an order has been shipped - The Customer is responsible for return shipping. The refund will be processed once the inventory is received back from our warehouse.

We do not accept exchanges on orders that were processed and fulfilled correctly by Universal Lacrosse.
However, we understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time. Therefore, we would advise proceeding with a refund on the original order and processing a new order for the correct item desired. This will speed up the processing time to allow the correct item to be delivered as soon as possible.

Most products sold by Universal Lacrosse are purchased with a manufacture backed warranty from date of purchase. Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer. Specific warranty information for your purchase can be found the items product page. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping.

Warranty Claims For Custom Strung Heads:
We will not restring custom strung heads being replaced through a warranty claim. If you would like to have your new replacement strung - please talk to our customer service team about upgrading your warranty claim with our stringing services. Pricing and options for stringing are also viewable with any product page where stringing is available.
