Domestic Shipping

Orders for in-stock merchandise typically leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days of order placement. Orders will be shipped with either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground Service for shipments within the continental United States Monday through Friday. We do not ship out orders on the weekends or holidays.

Expedited shipping options such as Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and 3 Day Select Services are available upon request. Selecting expedited shipping does not necessarily shorten the processing time of an order, only transit time is shortened. Some items are excluded from expedited shipping due to size and/or weight. If your are in need of guaranteed next day delivery (including process time) or Saturday delivery please contact customer service to see if this is an option.

Some items such as cases of balls, goals, rebounders, team uniforms, and team gear may be excluded from expedited/free shipping offers due to the weight and size of these products. Shipping time may be longer than the typical 3-4 day delivery on these items.

Please make sure you have all the items you require before placing the order. If you do need to make a second order for a forgotten item, there will be a separate shipping charge.

The Universal Lacrosse Company currently charges sales tax only in the state of New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and Maryland. Products shipped to all other states are tax-free.

Order Status and Tracking

Ther email address provided to us will be used both to contact you about any problems that may arise in the processing of you order, as well as serving as a contact point for our shipper to send you a shipping notification and a tracking number. If you have questions about the status or location of your order, please check the email address you provided first to see if you have already received this information.

International Orders

International Orders can be placed online or via phone. Orders will be shipped with either UPS or USPS depending on cost and delivery speed as determined by the Universal Lacrosse Company.  All international duties will be paid at the customer's expense. The Universal Lacrosse Company is not liable for any international duties or incurred costs.

Free Shipping offer does not apply to any international shipping.

Custom Orders

Custom orders include items such as stringing or dyeing jobs, custom built helmets, and t-shirt/apparel printing. Custom orders may take an extra time for processing and therefore  typically cannot be overnighted.

Please call Monday through Friday between 9am-5pm EST and have website descriptions of products to place an order by phone or obtain a shipping quote.

Final shipping cost on all orders will be determined by Universal Lacrosse on an order-to-order basis. The Universal Lacrosse Company reserves the right to final discretion regarding shipping.
