CUSTOM HELMET ORDER POLICIES
Universal Lacrosse proudly partners with Cascade to offer players the ability to order a custom Cascade helmet through one of our helmet customizers. We work closely with Cascade to offer a quick and painless ordering process for custom helmets with all of our customers. Universal Lacrosse is responsible for the processing and submission of your custom helmet order to Cascade for final build and fulfillment. Note we do not stock custom helmets, these are individually built to order by Cascade.
Delivery Time Expectations:
Cascade offers a standard 48 build time on all custom helmets (excluding weekends). The fulfillment of your custom helmet is turned over to Cascade once we have processed your order. Cascade will build your customized helmet within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of receiving your processed order. Your selected shipping method (1-Day, 2-Day Ground, and so on) will be applied by Cascade once the helmet is built, up to 48 hours after Universal Lacrosse has processed your order.
When ordering a custom Cascade Helmet you should expect two follow up emails with your order. The first will be an order confirmation from Universal Lacrosse and will service as a reference for any follow up questions you may have. The second email will contain tracking information for your custom helmet and will also be sent to you by Universal Lacrosse once we recieve the completed order information back from Cascade.
Custom Helmet Return Policy:
Once you place your custom helmet order, most sales are final surrounding normal circumstances. If you experience a sizing error, incorrect color or any other anomalies, there is a 10% restock fee that will be charged with a return. We hope to only offer the highest level of customer service when ordering with us and will strive to rectify any situation, however all custom helmet exchanges/returns are up to Universal Lacrosse’s final discretion.
