A True Frequency Lacrosse Head
So here is a little bit of background information about True Lacrosse that you may or may not already know:
- True Temper Sports (TTS) has been producing world class golf shafts for more than 100 years.
- Now they produce equipment for golf, hockey, lacrosse, baseball, paddle, and cycling.
- True Temper Lacrosse (owned by TTS) has been producing lacrosse shafts since 2004.
- True Lacrosse is now their own brand.
True lacrosse has a long history in producing world class handles. Now, they are getting their feet wet with the True Frequency lacrosse head set to release later this week on the 19th. We are seeing more and more companies like this taking chances and coming into the lacrosse equipment scene and honestly, I'm thrilled. With the announcement of True's first head coming a couple of months ago, the anticipation has been building for quite some time now.
The True Frequency will be available in 3 different specs: Speed, Universal, and Defense. As a matter of fact, as I write this blog, I am holding the universal model. This thing is extremely light but at the same time surprisingly stiff. The various stringing holes are in abundance for ultimate stick customization and ultimate pocket placement. Strategically placed cutouts throughout the head shave off crucial fractions of an ounce to reduce weight while using unique triangular geometry to increase strength and durability. The biggest difference between the three True Frequency models coming in the bottom rail transition point. They have a mid point, a mid/high transition point, and a high transition point respectively.
True Lacrosse is quickly emerging as one of the newest and hottest brands in lacrosse today! The new Frequency lacrosse head will soon be available at one of your local Universal Lacrosse locations or shop online at Universal Lacrosse.
