Returns

We are committed to your satisfaction and offer a 30 day return policy for our customers.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase - You may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a refund if product is in new and unused condition with the original packaging intact.

Please note: customers who wish to ship items back to our warehouse for a return of a correctly processed order will not qualify for a Return Merchandise Authorization and are responsible for shipping costs.

In order to process your return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact our customer service team (844-487-2558) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization or instructions on processing your own return label.
    2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include proof of purchase.
    3. Clearly mark the order number on the outside of the package.
    4. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team. 

We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking and insurance, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

If you prefer, you can also return your item(s) to one of our retail stores for free. Please bring your proof of purchase.

We will process your return as soon as we receive the item(s). Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed.

In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped by ULC, we will correct the error and waive all additional costs to the customer.

Items with customization such as helmets, strung heads, or any type of personalization in-cure a 25% restocking fee. 

 

Exchanges

We are committed to your satisfaction and want to ensure that you receive the right products to meet each players needs.

While we do not accept exchanges on orders that are processed and fulfilled correctly by Universal Lacrosse, we understand that sometimes items may not fit as expected when ordering. If you need to replace an item, we recommend the following steps:

    1. Contact our customer service team at (844-487-2558) to request a return for the original order.
    2. Once the return is approved, follow our return steps above.
    3. Place a new order for the correct item using one of our retail locations, online store or by contacting our customer service team. This will get the correct item to you as fast as possible.

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible to minimize any delays in receiving the correct items.

Warranty Claims 

At Universal Lacrosse, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. Most of the products we sell are backed by a manufacturer's warranty, which helps protect against defects and other issues that may arise during normal use.

Warranty coverage varies by product and manufacturer, and specific warranty information for your purchase can be found on the product page. If you encounter a problem with a product covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please contact our customer service team at 844-487-2558 for assistance. We will work with you to determine the best course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund, depending on the circumstances and the terms of the warranty.

Warranty Claims For Custom Strung Heads:

If you have a strung head that is being replaced through a warranty claim, please note we will not restring the head as part of the warranty process.

If you would like to have your new replacement head strung, you can upgrade your warranty claim by contacting our customer service team to discuss stringing options and pricing.
