Returns

General Information

ALL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES must be accompanied with a return authorization number.  Any return shipped to us without a Return Authorization Number clearly marked on the outside of the shipping box will be discarded.   Team spiritwear orders are not available for return or exchange, in the rare event you did not receive the size spiritwear that you ordered contact us via email contactus@ulcmail.com.  Any item being returned must be in its original condition and packaging. Any items that have signs of wear (i.e. dirt, scratches, and stains) or without packaging are not considered in its original condition and cannot be returned. Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

 

Returns are an easy 4 step process: 

1.            To obtain an RA# email us at Returns@ulcmail.com Include the reason for returning your item(s), your invoice number and your order date.  
If you prefer to call us in regards to your return you may reach our customer service at 609-466-9470, have your invoice in hand to expedite the call.

2.             After receiving your RA# fill out our returns form by downloading HERE.

3.            On the outside of your shipping box write your RA# on all sides of the box.

4.            Ship the item(s) with its original packaging to the following address:

Refunds:
Refund returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and the original cost of shipping.  Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.  Team spiritwear orders are not available for return or exchange, in the rare event you did not receive the size spiritwear that you ordered contact us via email contactus@ulcmail.com

Exchanges:
We understand that sometimes items do not fit exactly the first time, therefore, Universal Lacrosse will exchange any products purchased from universallacrosse.com within 30 days of your order.  For all exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping both directions. Please allow 7-10 business days for all exchanges.  Team spiritwear orders are not available for return or exchange, in the rare event you did not receive the size spiritwear that you ordered contact us via email contactus@ulcmail.com

Warranty:
All warranty issues are the responsibility of the manufacturer.
If you have a product that falls under the manufacturer’s warranty policy please contact them directly. There are no cash or credit refunds for items covered under the Manufacturer’s Warranties.
