What time do I need to order for next day shipping?

 

If you place your order before 3pm with an item stored in our warehouse location it will be packaged and sent out the same day. 

 

How do I check my order status?

 

You can check your order status through the website, if there is no info, please call customer service at 844-487-2558.

 

How long does it take to get my new stick strung?

 

At full capacity, it will take 2-3 days to get a stick strung.  In general it will take 1 day to get a stick strung and ready to be shipped to you.

 

Can I send in my used stick to be strung?

 

No, unfortunately we only offer stringing for products online from our website. 

 

How long does it take to receive a custom helmet?

 

Cascade takes 2 days to build your custom helmet, after that they ship it out to you from their warehouse.  Please refer to the “helmet policy” on our website for any further questions about helmets. 

 

Can I place an order online and pick it up?

 

No, unfortunately we do not offer this service though our retail stores.
