Another week has gone by and we are flooded with a bunch of questions so we decided to write a quick FAQ article here to keep everyone informed. 1. What is the quickest way to get a new helmet? The only company that is currently shipping helmets is STX. Their new STX Stallion helmet should get to your door in about 10 days from time of order in your team colors. 2. When can I get a cascade helmet? Cascade's factory is still dialing in their R helmet modification for final production approval by NOCSAE. They are very confident that all the R's that are sent in to them by following the below instructions will be shipped out in a timely manner. We have yet to see if that means 2 weeks or 4 weeks but we place a large value in the type of service that cascade has given our sport over the years an we think they can handle any issues that are thrown their way. If you need to rectify your R helmet please read below. (info cred: cascade lacrosse) To return a helmet for certified modification, enter your information by clicking on the below link. Upon receipt of this information, Cascade will send a pre-paid shipping label to you. Once you receive the label, put your Cascade R helmet in a box, affix the shipping label and send the helmet to Cascade. When the helmet arrives at Cascade’s facility, it will be professionally updated with the certified modification and a tamper-resistant sticker will be applied to the helmet to prove it has completed the certified modification. The helmet will then be sent back to you. Cascade will make the modification to existing helmets at its Liverpool, N.Y. facility beginning December 16. The modification will be free of charge for consumers and retailers, including shipping. Please Click Here To Begin The Return Process 3. Do I have to rectify my CPX-R? No you don't at this point. That helmet is approved. Keep laxin! 4. If I order a new CPX-R today when will I get it? Even though this is an approved helmet Cascade's production facility is COMPLETELY shut down until further notice. We have been taking a ton of orders for the new Cascade RM and the Cascade CPX-R but they are not shipping them out yet. Keep an eye on our website for more info on that.
