Screen Shot 2015-12-31 at 12.00.30 PM Alright boys and girls, the holidays have come and gone and it's time to get back on that grind. If you aren't a multi-sport athlete that is involved with some sort of team activity over the winter, it can be hard to be motivated to stay in shape and make improvements on the field. I've been there, your coach has been there, and chances are your going to be at that point at some point in your career. It's understandable but COMPLETELY avoidable. I wanted to share a few things that I have used throughout my time to help me stay on top of my game year round. I know since it gets pretty cold out there going outside and having a catch or taking some shots can be difficult, but there really isn't any substitute to getting your reps in. Using a rebounder is a great way to practice if you don't have access to a wall. To even further improve you accuracy, something like the STX Pass Master can help greatly. The Pass Master adds target zones to a rebounder to help test your precision. Screen Shot 2015-12-31 at 12.05.52 PM I know I have gone over these things in the past but I still feel that it is important enough to go over again. Being ready for your season can make all the difference. You'll notice it, you teammates will notice it, and more importantly your coach will notice it. IT'S ALL U
