| Which program should I choose? |
|
| Both programs offer your organization an opportunity to fundraise year-round.
The Team e-Store is designed to allow you to sell team specific products such as practice and spirtwear, starter and team equipment packages, as well as any other apparel or accessories.
The Affiliate Program is a link on your organization web site that brings your members to the Universal Lacrosse Web site, where they can purchase any product on line, with a portion of all sales from your program going back to the team.
The process is simple and easy to complete and you can choose to particapte in one or both programs.

| How do the online stores work? |
|
| After you have reviewed with your ULC Team Sales Specialist the product you want and have approved logos. We will walk you through the on-line set-up of the Team e-Store, which takes about 10 minutes. Typically our programs open there Team e-Store for a specific window of time, usually lasting 2 to 3 weeks (as decided by you). You communicate to your organization the link to your Team e-Store, where they select the products and sizes they want. After the date the Team e-Store closes ULC then processes all the orders. Delivery is typical completed within 3 weeks of the Team e-Store closing. Example: If a store closes on April 15th, orders will be ready the week of May 5th. You will be contacted via email when orders are ready.
The Universal Lacrosse Company Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to the Universal Lacrosse Web site. Every time someone follows a link to us on your Web site and buys any product from our site, you will earn a 7.5% - 10% commission on that sale. We take care of handling all parts of the transaction, shipping, and the customer service.
For both programs, you can login, and get detailed online reports so that you can track the sales from your site! Every month, we'll review your sales and send you a check based on all the sales that you referred to our site, once you have earned over $50. It's that simple!

| How much does it cost? |

| Nothing! Applying to become a part of The Universal Lacrosse Company Affiliate or Team e-Store program is absolutely FREE. There are no fees of any kind and no minimum sales requirement. What could be easier? |

| How do I create links for my Affiliate and Team e-Store? |
|
| After the ULC Team Sales Specialist and you have completed what products you want in your Team e-Store, approved your artwork and completed the online application. A welcome email with instructions for logging into the ULC Fundraising and Team web site will be sent to you. It is so easy to use, even beginners can create links in seconds. |

| How does the fundraising work for our program? |
|
| For the Team e-Store, you decide what to sell the item for, each program creates their own mark-up percentages over their set costs. The difference is the amount given back to the program.
For the Affiliate Program every time someone follows a link to ULC on your Web site and buys any product from our site, you will earn a 7.5% - 10% commission on that sale.

| Do I have to use the on-line programs to get these services? |
|
| No, we can offer you the same products and services, and will even create flyers to help you sell them. You can also sign up your program for the Universal Lacrosse Reelaxin Program. The Reelaxin Program gives each of your members a ULC Reelaxin card for use each time they purchase an item in the store and works the same way on the on-line Affiliate Program works with a percentage of all sales going back to the program.
Programs can also sign up for both the Reelaxin and Affiliate Programs so whether on-line or in the store; your program can generate fundraising on all member purchases.

| How do my members buy items from the Team e-Store and Affiliate Program?

| Your members may use any major credit card through Universal Lacrosse's secure internet gateway or in person at our retail store locations in Raritan and Hopewell, NJ and Dolyestown, PA

| How is my order delivered? How long does it take for delivery?
|
|
| When checking out, members will check In Store Pick Up or UPS Shipping. All UPS orders are shipped via UPS ground from NJ. In either case, you will be contacted via email when orders are complete. Once the store is closed, it usually takes 2 to 3 weeks for the items are ready for shipping.

| Can we personalize an item with an individual name or number?
|

| Yes, we offer three services to personalize garments.
- Monogram Name will be embroidered on garment.
- Vinyl Name A name will be added in vinyl to the back of garment.
- Vinyl Number A vinyl number will be added to the garment.

| You can post a link on your team web page directly to the e-store, create flyers and emails for your players and parents. Your ULC Team Sales Representative will work with you to help you create an effective communications program for you team e-store. |
